Charles has over 50 years of experience as a high performance businessman serving as a C-level executive and on corporate boards. He spent most of these years in the lighting industry and is recognized as one of the top experts in all aspects of lighting. Since retiring from Acuity Brands Lighting, he currently consults with many businesses and is seated on several boards.
He specializes in working with and mentoring C-level executives to achieve high performance in short periods of time. He is especially known for mentoring CEO’s in the role of leading a business and its managers to reach and sustain high levels of business performance.
He is proficient at all aspects of business with emphasis in Business Strategy, Information Systems, Business Development, Operations and Market Research. He is best known for the first question he asks of any business, “Who is the Customer?”. He is writing a book on the subject.
